WHAT IS THE BABINSKI REFLEX?

“Babinski reflex*” is a proven technique designed to teach you to express yourself more effectively. Master your content and master your state. The technique makes you more articulate, concise, focused and at ease when speaking to an audience. Overcome nerves and hesitation. Be consistently at your best.

*The name is borrowed from the medical sign named after Dr. Joseph Babinski, the neurologist who discovered that you can test a newborn’s nervous system by scratching the bottom of the foot.  He lived his adult life in Paris, and was a cousin of my great grandfather’s.

HOW DOES THE BABINSKI REFLEX WORK?

Training is tailored to the needs of the specific client, both in content and in its application. It can be done individually, in groups, on site, and remotely. It involves elements of play, as that is what connects to our creativity and freedom. We need to feel free if we are to reach our maximum performance potential. Additionally, everybody needs a tool kit, and that’s why this training method includes a basic of understanding of the theory behind performance and the connection with preparation. Finally, practice drills teach you how to hit the triggers to put you in the perfect place to deliver your message.
